Wobble weld head advantage
Wobble weld head can be adjusted laser beam width, frequency and wobble modes. In addition to the wobble modes, both wobble frequency and amplitude can be adjusted for process optimization.
The wobble welding head integrates laser energy to improve conversion efficiency and delivers industry‑leading power handling in a fully sealed, lightweight design. It pairs seamlessly with HS lasers, offering higher weld quality and a cleaner visual finish. With multiple configurations and a wide range of focus and collimator lens options, it is ideal for welding diverse materials and thicknesses.
Hydraulic clamping system
During welding, the hydraulic clamping device secures the pillow plate sheet within a 100 mm welding zone. After each 100 mm section is welded, the clamp lifts automatically, the sheet moves back 100 mm, and the system repeats the process until the entire plate is completed. A high‑quality hydraulic clamping system ensures material flatness, prevents deformation, and maintains a uniform welding area.
